"Fantastic Place in Paris"
I stayed here for a week and had a great experience. The staff was wonderful and eager to help make our trip as great as it could be. The location was wonderful as well as it is near both an RER station as well as a regular Metro station. The hotel is close enough to nightlife and restaurants that you can walk there in only a few minutes but is on a small street so you're not kept up by traffic at night. The room size was on par with other hotels in Paris but they were exceptionally clean and the beds were super comfortable, the Hermes bath products didn't hurt either. The breakfast was great but you could save the 15 Euros a day that you spend on breakfast by grabbing something at the bakery down the street. There is a bar in the hotel but I only saw it being used once during my stay. Overall it's a great hotel in a great location with a staff that really wants to make your trip memorable.

"Great hotel for honeymoon stay"
My husband and I stayed at Hotel le Senat for our honeymoon. The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were a bit small, but that was expected based on previous reviews. View from the balcony was awesome. Location was great! Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

"Loved the location, do not overlook this hotel!"
We stayed at this hotel in May of 2007. It was our first time in Paris and we couldn't have stayed in a better location. The neighborhood not only has an amazing park accross the street but many places to eat and shop. It is in within walking distance of so much to see.
We found the staff very helpful and even supplied an European power converter for no charge. Room service was also free as well as a morning paper.
The room was small and the elevator was made for one or maybe two, but it was more than adaquate by American standards. We loved our balcony! The bathroom in the room was cleaned immaculately everyday. One really big bad point was the lack of english tv station or tv stations at all. They had a great flat screen plasma tv, but not much to watch between exploring the city.
The breakfast that was included in the price of the room was very nice. However since we where stayed for over a week, got a bit boring but was very yummy! The waiter was always friendly and brought the coffee out quickly.
This was a nice hotel and should not be overlooked.
