You can't find any better for that price!
Hotel was excellent to be a budget hotel. Because London has a lot of crabby hotels which you still have to pay a lot of money, i didn't expect it to be very fine, just a place tpo sleep. Anyway this hotel surprised me in a very positive way; it was very clean and nice. Usually if you stay in a budget hotel in london you'll get only some toast and jam as a continental breakfast but they had also cheese, muesli and eggs there, I was totally happy with that. I stayed in a room which didn't have toilet of it's own. The toilet I used was little bit far away from the room, but it was tidy and i think thre wasn't too many rooms without facilities on that floor. Staff was mostly friendly, no complaining about that. Only minus I found was that the breakfast room was too small and if you were unlucky (or just a good sleaper) it was little bit hard to get seated there. Anyway, i was so happy with my stay that I feel I have to recommend this hotel for everyone! :D |

Hotel review - Leisure Inn Bayswater
I stayed at this hotel with my two daughters - we booked a triple ensuite room. As this was a budget hotel the room was quite small and we didn't have a lot of space, however it was very clean and tidy and the bathroom was quite spacious and spotlessly clean. The towels were renewed daily. Breakfast was a bit chaotic the first day as there were more guests than places to sit!! Once seated the choice was ok and there was plenty of it. We managed to time it well for the rest of our stay and seating was ok. The reception staff were very polite and helpful at all times. The location was ok with just a 5 min walk to the underground. We also discovered that the only ice rink in London was just a 10 minute walk away.
Overall a good hotel for those on a budget - we would stay here again. |

"At arrival I was gteeted with a smile and a very friendly lady at the desk."
I arrived early and had to leave my luggage as I was abt town walking I returned to still find it safe and sound in the lobby with no problems. My check in was very fast and my room is as I expected. If looking for a great budgey hotel with a super location you should check it out. I will stay again as I love this area.

"Perfect budget break"
I stayed by myself. It's in a great location (near Paddington and Hyde Park) and in a pretty pleasant area (lots of other hotels) away from busy roads.
Was slightly unnerved by the need to leave a £30 cash deposit on check-in (in case of damages / thefts) and half expected to come back to the room to find the towels had "disappeared" and would lose the deposit Thankfully that was just my paranoia and I got the deposit back without any problem.
The room (number 15) was in the basement but had a window. A good triple room. Furnished a bit like a travel lodge, i.e. modern and functional; no frills but clean. Nice bathroom. Comfy beds. Generally
in a good state of repair. Lots of lighting options (spotlights / side lights). Very satisified!
The only downside was the bedroom door was pretty thin / not well soundproofed so I was repeatedly woken from 6am by slamming doors from early risers / cleaning staff. I'm quite a heavy sleeper, so it was surprising. I dropped straight back off each time though.
Breakfast was basic but fine (choice of cereals, followed by toast with cheese and jam selections. self service tea/coffee/juice.).
Staff could be friendlier, but I was just on a weekend getaway (kicked out of the house whilst my fiance tried on wedding dresses with her bridesmaid) and I just needed a place to crash so didn't really care.
The advertised room rate for the triple I had was £138, but I only paid £76 at lastminute *including* the theatre ticket. I think my review might be less favourable if I'd paid full price. It's a perfectly fine hotel, but not for £138 a night.
Overall, no complaints. Not a place for a romantic getaway, but a good base to visit central London.

"Great Place To Stay..."
A great hotel to stay at in London, The location is perfect in the middle of all the places, Rooms are Clean, Staff are welcoming and cheerful, specially the guys at the reception.
I liked everything about it, and I would defiantly stay here again, there's just one drawback, and that is the internet isn't available in the rooms, but it's accessible through a computer in the lobby.
other than that, everything is wonderful!
Thank You Leisure Inn for your Hospitality.
