"Good value (last time I stayed)" Bostn hotels are implasuably expensive. The Lenox has a certain charm, the rooms are small but nicely done. Really central location. A better bet forthe money that the Marriot or Sheraton. If I go back on business I'll stay there again.

"Excellent Value" From the moment we arrived we were treated wonderfully by the experienced staff (the bellman that took us to our room has been with the Lenox for 54 years). We had e beautiful decorated corner room with views of the city and a real wood burning fireplace (fires must be lit by the bellman). We called the bellman for a fire and within miniutes he arrived and kinndled the most romantic fire. The room was large (maybe 400 sq ft) with a love seat, two chairs, desk, and a very comfortable bed with down comforter. Free high speed interent. This is an olded hotel (although recently renovated), so the bathroom is small, and there was no mini-bar or in room safe, but the charm of the hotel, the attentive staff, and excellent location made our stay very memorable. I think the hotel's small size lends to the feeling of personal service. Much more enjoyable than one of Boston's large hotels.

"Great Location and pricing!" Stayed there for a night, and enjoyed hotel and the location. Walking distance to all the key places to visit in the city and the subway is a block away for the others.
