This apartment complex affords an excellent location, directly beside sandy Figueretas Beach and 1.7 km from Ibiza Town and harbour, which is famed for its nightlife scene. Links to the public transport network are to found just 50 m away.

A total of 39 apartments are on offer, spread over 4 floors and guests may access the pleasant gardens and make use of the terrace. Lying along a main road, this complex is best suited to young adults seeking some holiday fun. Facilities include a foyer, a lift, a cafe and a small supermarket.There are no rooms with disabled access. Pets are not permitted.
