The hotel opened in July 2005 and offers relaxing and comfortable accommodation in wonderful surroundings. The hotel comprises 225 rooms over 5 floors.

LOCATION

This hotel is located near the centre of Sunny Beach, only 200 m from the nearest stretch of sandy coastline. Sunny Beach is the largest resort on the Black Sea coast and its 8 km stretch of fine sands curves around a semicircular bay.

The sea is calm with no tides and the beach slopes gently into the water - perfect for children. The resort also offers extensive nightlife making it a popular choice for a lively holiday in Bulgaria. The nearby mountains provide cooling air making the evenings a pleasant temperature. Bourgas Airport and Varna Airport are 30 km and 110 km away respectively.

PROPERTY AMENITIES

* The main restaurant serves buffett style breakfast and dinner or you can grab a snack at the pool bar. Other facilities include outdoor swimming pool, use of sun beds and umbrellas, massage centre, laundry services and safety deposit boxes payable locally.

* In addition the hotel offers an outdoor pool and a children's pool, a pool bar, sun loungers, parasols, a fitness hall and massages. Many water sport activities are available on the beach, including a diving school, jet skiing and paragliding.

ROOM AMENITIES

* Each room features centrally regulated air conditioning and heating, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, minibar, en suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, and a balcony. Double rooms come with a kingsize bed or twin beds.

* Some of the rooms have an extra bed to accommodate a third person.

* Family rooms are bigger than the others and are ideal for families with two children. The apartments include two inter-connected bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms, 2 TVs, 2 minibars and a big balcony.
