The hotel complex is located opposite Jan Thiel beach on the quiet East side of Curacao, which belongs to the Dutch Antilles. It is not far from restaurants, pizzerias and the Spanish water lagoon, and is only a 10-minute drive away from the historic town Willemstad and the Ostrich Farm. Shopping opportunities as well as the Kura Hulanda museum are within a 15-minute drive of the hotel, the Christoffel National Park is within a 45-minute drive.

The hotel comprises 128 luxury apartments and villas. The main building is decorated in a colonial style and features a lobby with a reception, a mini supermarket, a laundrette, car hire, public telephone and Internet access, a cafe and a restaurant. Beach towels and a beach pass are offered along with car hire and mobile phones, as well as child supervision (on request), a playground, parking, a transfer bus to the nearest grocery store and much more.
