LOEWS MIAMI BEACH
AN OVERALL GOOD HOTEL, RELAXING AND FRIENDLY BUT THERE WERE SOME COMPLICATIONS. ONE PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ACCOMIDATE ME WITH A ROOM WITH 2 KING SIZE BEDS, BUT INSTEAD WHEN I WENT TO CHECK IN, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE EVEN THOUGH I CALLED A DAY EARLIER, AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO UPGRADE TO A SUITE FOR 150 DOLLARS EXTRA. ALSO, IT WAS RAINING HARD OUTSIDE AND THE WINDOWS WERE LEAKING. MY SUITCASE GOT SOAKED AND SO DID A FEW OF MY PERSONAL ITEMS. ANOTHER THING I DIDNT LIKE WAS THAT WHEN I HAD LEFT MY PERSONAL PAPERS ON THE DESK WHILE I WENT TO THE POOL, WHICH WAS VERY NICE I MIGHT ADD, WHEN I WAS WALKING BACK TO MY ROOM THE HOUSEKEEPERS HAD THROWN SOME OF MY PAPERS OUT IN THEIR GARBAGE, THANK GOODNESS I LET THEM KNOW. BESIDES ALL OF THE NEGATIVES, THERE WAS A LOT OF POSITIVES. THE FOOD WAS GOOD, SERVICE WAS AS WELL, THE POOL WAS AMAZING, AND I LOVED THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL. I WOULD HAVE TO SAY THOUGH, THE LOEWS IS A GOOD, RELAXING RESORT.
