Established since 1948, this delightful sanctuary was the first hotel on Batu Ferringhi beach, and today retains much of its old world charm. It is the only boutique hotel along the coastline, with most of its guestrooms facing the sea and shaded by a veil of lofty casuarina trees providing a wonderful hideaway to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel is located on the North West coast of the island, on the sandy Batu Ferringhi beach. Many restaurants, shopping outlets and Penang's famous Night Bazaar are within walking distance from the property. Penang International Airport is the nearest major airport.
