This apartment complex is situated in the south of Tenerife, in the Fanabe region. The town centre with its countless shops, bars and restaurants, and a fantastic sandy beach can all be easily reached on foot. The tourist centre of the Playa de las Americas is less than 5 minutes' drive away. The nearest public transport stop can be found in the immediate vicinity, and the transfer time to Tenerife Sur airport takes around 15 minutes.

This modern complex was renovated in 2002 and has a total of 94 apartments over 2 floors. Guests can take advantage of a beautiful garden area, a terrace, a lobby, a currency exchange facility, and a 24-hour reception desk. Further facilities include a games room, a cafe, a bar, and a restaurant where guests can savour Spanish delicacies.Check-in is located at the neighbouring Castalia Park Apartments.
