This ApartHotel is situated in the tourist centre of Playa del Ingles, approximately 300 m from the nearest beach and just 500 m from the Kasbah shopping centre. An abundance of shops, boutiques and entertainment venues are located within this vast centre.

Built in 1969, the hotel was completely renovated in 2003. There is a total of 50 rooms spread over 5 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast pool and garden complex (1.5 km2), a stylish foyer with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk as well as a 24-hour reception. There is also a public Internet terminal.
