This hotel is situated in Puerto de la Cruz's old town, within a short distance of Plaza del Charco, the historical centre of the city. The inner city as well as the tourist centre and an abundance of shopping and entertainment venues including restaurants, bars, and nightclubs lie just a stone's throw away. Leisure options in the near vicinity include wonderful Playa Jardin, which lies 600 m away, the seawater swimming pools that are about 500 m away and ideal hiking terrain, which is to be found within 2 km of the hotel. It is just 600 m to the nearest links to the public transport network.

This tasteful 4-storey hotel was completely renovated in 2005 comprises a total of 35 rooms of which 3 are elegant suites. Various facilities are on offer including a foyer with 2 lifts, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception desk. Further facilities include a TV room, Internet access, a cafe, a cosy bar and an a la carte restaurant. Room and laundry services are available as is a bicycle storage facility.
