This apartment complex is situated in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, which enjoys a good climate the whole year round. Countless thalasso therapy centres as well as medical services are to be found nearby. It is only a couple of minutes from restaurants and bars. Links to the public transport network, the beach and the centre are all situated within 800 m of the complex. It is approximately 1.5 km to ther Parque Aquatico, while Gran Canaria airport lies some 57 km from the hotel.

Renovated in 2005, this 2-storey apartment complex offers a total of 51 apartments spread over 2 floors as well as a lobby with a safe. Additional facilities include a snack bar, a small supermarket, a restaurant with a barbecue several times a week as well as live music and dancing in a welcoming atmosphere. There is also a small playground available.Please, the arrival time must be informed to the complex, being the dead-line the midnight. Telephone: 696 972125.In the gorge of Agua la Perra (left of the Playa de Puerto Rico and Puerto Base), guests should follow the Calle Joaquin Blanco Torrent. Turn left and onto the Avenida de Guayadeque.
