This attractive resort is situated by the New Forest, close to Southampton, Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight, and surrounded by wonderful gardens. The immediate vicinity (with around a 2-km radius), offers the town of Lymington with its winding cobbled streets and numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, pubs and bars. Links to the transport network are also close at hand. Lymington Pier train station is also within walking distance, around 5 minutes from the resort. The nearest airport, Southampton, is 30 km away (45-minute drive), London Heathrow airport is around 135 km from the resort.

The resort comprises an annexe block and a main building that covers 2 floors and include 41 courtyard rooms. An inviting lobby area awaits guests, where there is a safe for valuables. Culinary options include a cosy bar with a view of the garden and the sea as well as a restaurant. Further facilities include a conference room for meetings and conventions. Room and laundry services round off the facilities on offer and those arriving by car may make use of the resort car park.Those arriving by car should take the M27 motorway and exit at Junction 1 towards New Forest, Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst. In Lymington follow the signs towards the ferry port to the Isle of Wight. The resort is located on the right hand side, close to the port.
