In the Poitou-Charentes region, in the Charente Maritime, opposite the Ile de Re (10 km). 300 m from the SNCF railway station. 200 m from shops and services. 2.5 km from the beach.

This 2-storey residence has a indoor, heated swimming pool and lies in the heart of the town, in the 'Bastion Saint Nicolas' district. It is 2.5 km from the beach and 200 m from the shops.Opening hours: Saturday from 8 am to noon and 2 pm to 8 pm. Sunday to Friday from 9 am to noon and 2 pm to 7 pm.From Paris: A6b motorway, then A10 towards Bordeaux. Take exit 33 to La Rochelle / Rochefort on the N248, then the N11 to La Rochelle. At La Rochelle, follow signs to 'Gare SNCF', and then take the avenue Charles de Gaulle opposite the station. Take the 2nd road on the right, quai de Marans, next to the 'Cap Ouest' Business Centre in the Bastion Saint Nicolas district.
