Its masterfully decorated common areas and guest rooms; both of which display prominent works of art; complement the polished sophistication of the hotel. The Beaux Arts style has a brick facade with original copper sheathing on bay windows; capped with a mansard roof.

The hotel has been painstakingly restored with special attention to original details. Interior and exterior areas have been carefully resurrected; including the cast iron detailing and original stone and brick work faced; the mahogany and steel staircases; original terrazzo floors and the lobby lighting bobesches which make the entrance and reception areas so intimate and attractive.
