This hotel is ideally situated near the centre, as well as close to the sandy beach of Praia da Rocha. Stylish restaurants, lively pubs and nightclubs as well as plenty of shopping venues are all in the immediate vicinity. Links to the public transport network lie within walking distance of the hotel (500 m). In addition, Faro airport is around 65 km away.

Built in 2003, the apartment hotel offers a total of 68 apartments, which are spread over 7 floors. The hotel's facilities include a pleasant lobby, a 24-hour reception, lifts, a cafe as well as a bar. Guests may park their cars either in the hotel car park, or in the garage (fees apply).Between November and December the reception is open from 9 am to 10 pm.
