This attractive apartment complex is located in a quiet side street, directly beside the sea. A local, regular bus service is located just a stone's throw away. Figueretas' sandy beach is easily reached across the promenade. Ibiza and Playa d`en Bossa are only around 20-25 minutes away from the apartment complex. Guests will find plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues in the vicinity.

This modern complex comprises a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey annexe building with a total of 165 apartments. The complex also includes a reception that is open 24 hours as well as 2 lifts. In the complex guests will find a bar, a TV room and a restaurant. In addition, the complex offers guests use of medical services.The hotel does not provide wheelchair access. In addition, pets are permitted up to a weight of 5 kg.
