"brilliant holiday"
myself my husband 2 children aged 8 and 10 + 1 infant aged 18 mnths returned home from this lovely hotel at 4 this morning. The hotel is absolutly fabulous for both adults and children alike. From the minute we arrived we were so well looked after and all the staff even right down to the maids are so so friendly and could not do enough to help,The maid cleaned our room every day and turn on the air con for you so when u return to your room after a long hot day it is lovely and cool.A big thank you goes out to Steve,Chris,Vicki,Macala, sophie, Tre for there wonderful and friendly personalities in making the kids holiday so enjoyable. We only have one bad issue with this hotel and that is that the tiles around the pool are so slippery, but hey wen there is such a lovely beach close by who cares, water park just across the road, loads a shops. i would not recommend this to couples as we feel this is more of a family hotel.
Try it for yourself we hope u like it as much as we did x x x

"Loved It!"
I stayed at the Marina Delfin Verde last week in July/first week in August with my 9yr old sun and my mum and dad and it was brilliant!
The rooms are quite basic but very clean - ample wardrobe/drawer space and a TV that receives BBC1, BBC2 and ITV! The beds are comfortable and the air con a godsend.
The restaurant is well staffed and tables are cleared quickly so there is never a problem finding a table. Breakfast consists of continental, English cooked breakfast, cereals, toast with jam, honey etc and even chocolate spread for fussy kids like mine! At lunchtime there is a selection of cooked meals, as well as salads, pasta salads, and fruit. For dinner there is a selection of cooked meals, a roast dinner every evening, a vegetarian section and also a kids section offering chicken nuggets, pizza etc. There is also a variety of desserts, and always something with birds custard! During the second week the food did become a bit bland but you will not go hungry.
The snack bar by the pool is open from 10am to 6pm daily and serves baguettes, hotdogs, meat skewers, chicken nuggets, fries, salad, ice cream - ideal if you don't want to go to the restaurant and just want to stay by the pool.
The best thing about this hotel though is the staff. Reception staff, maids, waiters/waitresses, bar staff are the most friendly and helpful I have ever come across and are a credit to the hotel.
And last but by no means least the entertainment team - they are superb. Steve, Chris (mouth almighty!), Michaela, Sophie, Vicky - you are truly the best and how you remember everybody's names I'll never know! Entertainment starts at 10.30am daily for both kids and adults and runs through to 12 midnight. I don't normally join in activities when I'm on holiday but the team at the Delfin Verde were so friendly it was easy to join in. I did pistol shooting, archery, rifle shooting, extreme frisby, volleyball and played the daily 'Marina Games' which are daft games that anyone can play and I really recommend them for a laugh. Of an evening the team really work hard putting on excellent shows and involving people in the club dances. The mini disco for the kids is on from 8pm, bingo at 9pm with some great cash prizes and then a show at 10pm, some nights by the staff and some nights by outside entertainers which were always excellent. The entertainment team make this hotel feel like a little community without being clicky and it is these people that really made my holiday.
I would recommend the Marina Delfin Verde without a doubt and look forward to going back.
