Complex located only 80 m from the Morro Besudo beach and 1 km from the heart of San Agustin, with countless shopping venues, bars, pubs and nightclubs. It lies close to a selection of restaurants and links to the public transport network. The Syoux Theme Park is only 5 km away and the Aqualand water park is 8 km away. The Las Palmas airport is 22 km far.

Built in 2004, this aparthotel comprises a total of 55 apartments and offers guests access to a 300 m2 garden. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, 2 lifts, a bar-cafe, a games room, a TV room, a bicycle storage facility as well as a bike hire service, and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a smoking and non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. Also, there with an extra fee there is available wireless Internet access, car park and laundry and room services.
