* The Archives Restaurant:
Open daily for lunch (buffet Tuesday-Friday) and dinner. Breakfast buffet and � la carte offered Monday-Saturday and brunch buffet on Sunday. Warm woods, horseshoe-shaped booths, banquettes, and dining tables in raised section. Brooklyn memorabilia displayed in glass cases at entrance. Lunch choices include fish and chips, strip steak, soups, sandwiches, salads, and burgers. Dinner choices such as braised short ribs, osso buco, bacon-wrapped shrimp, steak, chicken, sandwiches, and burgers.

* The Archives Bar:
Expansive bar/lounge popular with locals after work. Green leatherette banquettes, upholstered seating, square bar. Big-screen television. Lunch/dinner menu with choices such as fried mozzarella, lemongrass spring rolls, soups, salads, burgers, and pizza.

* The hotel's 8,000-square-foot health club includes a 75-foot, four-lane, indoor lap pool and a six-person spa tub. Complimentary aerobics classes are conducted in the pool twice weekly. Overlooking the pool is a large fitness center containing cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights.

* The hotel offers 376 guestrooms in a seven-story glass tower. Deluxe rooms measure 400 square feet and include desks with high-speed Internet access and two dual-line phones, one with speaker. Tall windows, high ceilings, and warm-colored wood furniture create a relaxing ambience. Televisions offer video games, pay movies, and Internet access via wireless keyboard.

* Guestrooms feature Marriott�s Revive Collection bedding: 300-thread-count cotton linens with white-and-beige design; down comforter with cotton cover, freshly laundered for each guest; six down pillows, including bolster; and a separate mattress topper.
