"Nothing but praise for this hotel" WE got a great bargain from ebay, a voucher for 2 nights in a suite, including breakfast and a city tour all for 220 Euro. The hotel is easy to access from the Metro and there is a great pizza restaurant just down the street. Our suite was amazing, jacuzzi bath and shower, balcony and access to the executive lounge with complimentary 24 hour coffee, tea, cold drinks and snacks - just help yourself!! We should have booked our City tour with the concierge when we arrived, but we didn't and so all the tours were full. However, when we arrived back to the hotel at night, he had left us a note and 2 tickets for the next morning's tour - he had phoned around all over to do this for us. The breakfast is amazing, everything you can think of with a wonderful variety of fresh fruit. We found the staff to be really courteous and helpful and would certainly stay there again.
