* Lighthouse Bar:
Cocktails, smoothies, live music four nights a week, karaoke on Sunday nights.

* Guest facilities and services include a fitness center with massage and steam rooms and a clubhouse containing pool tables, pinball, and an aerobics/yoga area.

"Great Family Resort"
Second time here even better than the first. A wonderful escape from the Disney circus. Freindly. Rented a 3-Bedroom Villa for 5 nights and could not have been happier. Clean, accommodating. Comfortable beds, fun pools, etc. Could use a few additional dining options on the grounds.

My wife and I stayed at The Grande Vista by choice of a friend who recemended it. April 18th through the 23rd. We were not dissapointed in anyway unless you want to make an issue about not having coffee for the coffee maker. There is a gas station right around the corner, so $2.85 took care of that, plus I got what I wanted. Very clean rooms, and service exceeded our expectations. We used the Hot tub in the morning and evenings and they were always kept clean. The check in was short and uncomplicated as well as the check out. They are very good about security, as we were stopped everytime we came through the gate and provided out parking pass. Mornings were very quiet and allowed us to enjoy quiet wakeup overlooking the lake and golf course. For the biggest bang for your buck, by far you won't be dissapointed. This is probably the most secluded place to stay that is almost within walking distance of Sea World and all the activity near International drive. Yet, feels as though your deep off the beaten trail. We had the the pleasure of sitting through what was suppose to be an 1 1/2 hour timeshare presentation at Westgate. This turned into an unforgiving 6 hours of pure torture and they wouldn't even get us back to our car. we had to walk about 3/4 of a mile after we clearly told them this was not for us. They wouldn't take no for an answer. I finally told them (Westgate) that they couldn't hold a candle to Marriott Grande Vista. Dead serious! Stay at Marriott!
