The hotel is located in the heart of the city, overlooking an artificial lake of the Ria, right nexto to the Congress and Cultural Centre (the old Jeronymo Pereira Campos Factory), 5 minutes away from Aveiro's University, surrounded by a modern and high quality touristic shopping centre.

The new hotel (open at the end of 2005) is located in a superior quality residential development in the centre of Aveiro, with views of the lake formed by the River Ria de Aveiro.Exit the Highways heading for Aveiro Centro. Follow the signs to Centro Cultural de Congressos de Aveiro.
