"Simply an excellent hotel..." My wife and I stayed here for one night in January 2006. We paid 40 euros pre-paid through their website. For that amount of money, you will not find a better hotel in Western Europe. It's located inside a mall on a busy street with plenty of stores and restaurants, a few blocks from the subway. The room itself was incredibly spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It's easily a 3-star hotel, and the best place we stayed at during our tour of Nice, Berlin, and Sardinia.

"Recommendable hotel" We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, breakfast not included for 55 euro per night. The hotel is situated at the Frankfurter allee 73 a, within 200 meters of the U-bahn station (underground) Samaritaner, line 6 takes you straight to Berlin Alexanderplatz. From there you kan reach whatever you want in Berlin. A day pass (Tageskarte) for all public transportation within Berlin costs 6,00 euro and can be bought at any U-bahn station. The hotel room is quite spacious and ours was located at the backside of the hotel. This is a very fine location while from your room window you are looking into a plaza with a glass roof; On the plaza are several restaurants and shops. The plaza can be reached with the hotel elevator. Breakfast at the hotel costs around 15 euro per person. So if you are travelling on a budget it is cheaper to eat at the plaza where it will cost you maximum 5 euro p.p. The room was very tidy with a bathroom, TV, airco, refrigarator etc.. I would choose this hotel again on my next stay.

"excellent" We stayed her two nights, i.e. february 24 and 25, 2007. Good location, very close to the U5 subway station Samariterstrasse. Quiet at night, clean room. Friendly and helpfull staff. Situated around a huge inner courtyard (plaza) with restaurants. Excellent value for money. Next time we go to Berlin, we will certainly book this hotel again!
