"All in all we enjoyed our stay " Mercure Paris Bercy Hotel's rooms are as described, small but clean. Non smoking rooms are the two top floors. The buffet breakfast was very good, nice selection of breads, meats, cheese, eggs, yogurts, etc. Even has fresh squeezed orange juice! But the restaurant is small. All in all we enjoyed our stay and felt that thanks to the metro we were able to get around Paris very easily as the lines that Bercy serviced made it easy to connect to all over! "location is excellent for Gare de Lyon" Mercure Paris Bercy Hotel's location is excellent for Gare de Lyon. Very good value for money. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Room size is very good compared with other Paris hotels of the same rate. Jaxson, Vienna

"Loved the Mercure Paris Bercy" The hotel was clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffet had good food but getting to the food was not very well organized. It was nice that you could choose the restaurant instead. The rooms were seriously small, with little to no storage. But, the bathroom was very nice with a large tub. Our room had no view, but we were close to banks, restaurants, and the metro stop at Bercy.

"Great Hotel" Picked this hotel from a list re th Airtransat Paris deals. Very pleased with the hotel, clean, rooms small but well planned and easy to move around in. Queen size comfortable bed, all new furniture and bathroom. Big plus, airconditioning. Very close to Bercy station, downtown in 10 minutes and connections anywhere. Suggest getting the subway day passes 1-5 days, good for subway or bus, subway is the way to go, trains every 2 minutes and you just put the ticket in the machine and go through. Many restuarants on the street outside and patios. Hotel has a huge partio going outside the restaurant, around to the bar area. Large park at the rear. Their buffet breakfast has a large selection but staff are slow midweek, great on the weekends but just ask for the missing plates or food and its there. Reception staff were very good, English no problem and got things done fast. Out room safe would not close, told reception, said guy would be there in 10 minutes, was there in five. Battery needed changing to close the pins. Sales reps use this hotel a lot, which says a lot for the service etc. Subway can be confusing, get map with the day tickets, large one and easy to read. Each line is marked with the end and begining, so just look at the map and follow the colour to either end then look for the end you want to go to. the line list is on each car for each station.

"Good choice" We stayed at this hotel as part of an Air Transat deal. It was a good choice. The hotel is well located except that there is no grocery store near it. The breakfast in the morning was always good. There is a metro station 2 minutes away that will take you downtown in less than 2 minutes. There are lots of tourists and groups staying at this hotel in July so it is quite noisy in the morning. We were very glad we picked this package: the price was fair and this place was well located and clean.
