"Great but not a budget hotel"
This is a great hotel. Extremely clean and with comfortable beds. The bathroom was sparkling with a great shower. We stayed here for a night because the hotel in which we were planning to stay was closed (we arrived at 1 am). It is not a budget hotel, we paid EUR 130 with parking, no breakfast. It is centrally located and has a little balcony. I will stay here again!

"Best Hotel In Rouen"
This hotel is very clean, updated and more like north-american hotels. It is within a very short walking distance to the heart of Rouen and all of the shops, walking streets, sight seeing and restaurants. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bathrooms are very beautiful and large. This is not a typical european hotel. The hotel staff was quite friendly and the player piano in the bar was amusing!
