"I liked it." On a side street conveniently located to both the center of town and the underground, this is a really neat hotel despite an unimpresssive facade. Staff speaks reasonable English and goes out of their way to be helpful. One of our favorite places on our tour.

"Choose this hotel if you go to Wien" We stayed at the Mercure City in Hollandstras., and it was a very good experience. We recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Wien. Just cross the bridge and Donau and you´re in the centre of Wien - Just cross the bridge and you can choose the trains or U-bahn to travel around the city. The staff - very kind and helpful people. The rooms have a nice size and are clean and comfortable to stay in. The beds are maybe a bit hard, but we could live with it. The only disadvantage of our room was the fact that the elevator was our neighbour. The restaurant is extremely nice; friendly and smiling employees, and we´ve never had such a wonderful breakfast - you should really try it ! An overall great experience. Lund

"mercue city vienna a nice hotel!" Mecure city was a nice hotel! The room was ok and clean, and the bed was big enough for 2 persons to sleep. The hotel is situated just 10 minutes walk to Stephansdom, so you wont need to use public transportations to visit the Ring (20 minutes walk to Karlskirche 25 to Votev). The breakfast was ok also, and had variety of choices. The personel always polite and helpful. Mecure city is a good choice for someone who looks for a descent and clean hotel close to the center of Wienna.
