"Very Friendly"
We stayed for 3 nights (2 ad. +2 children) in two connecting rooms using the SIA stopover Holiday. We arrived very early (~8:00am), after 11h travel from Athens, and we get our rooms immediatly!!!! The rooms were very comfortable and the management of the Hotel send us a bithday cake for my wife's BirthDay (I didn't arrange anything; propably their system searches for birthdays). It was a very good surpise.

Upon arriving at our hotel at 2.00am we were greeted with a warm friendly smile from Victor at the reception desk. I reqested a non smoking room but the only one available was listed as a honeymoon room, rather the the standard room we had booked. No problem for us, they were happy to give us the upgrade.
A beautiful room with a fresh fruit platter and a fantastic view from the 30th Floor. The king size bed was soooo comfortable with super size feather pillows and plenty of luxury products in the bathroom.
Breakfast at the Chatterbox bistro was a buffet style with everything that you could possibly want and then some more for good measure. The staff were always friendly and helpful and the food was really good, just what you need for a big day of shopping or sight seeing.
I would certainly stay here again. We used the gym facilities and the pool during our stay and were not disappointed. This hotel is certainly worth including on your next trip to Singapore.

"Great Hotel"
My husband and I together with 2 friends have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Mandarin 24th March 2007. We found the hotel to be friendly and everyone was eager to please us.The door men always smiled and hailed taxis instantly.The receptionists and concierge were very helpful.
Although we didn't eat our evening meal at the hotel the breakfasts were fantastic with european, chinese and indian tastes all catered for. I have never seen such a variety of food, there was even a chocolate fountain.
The rooms were large and very comfortable especially the beds. The bathrooms were very large with double basins and large mirrors and a bidet. The corridors and rooms are thickly carpeted and so there is no noise from guests returning late at night. This is an excellent hotel.

"Wondeful hotel in superb location"
You can not beat the location of this hotel.
Great spacious room, very comfortable bed, super attentive stuff, and good food.
The pool is nothing special, but I do not think you are in Singapore for leisure time at the pool anyway.
We will definitely recommend this hotel to all.
