"Cute Boutique Hotel"
Hotel: Very clean, stylish, recently renovated modern boutique hotel. Free bottle water in room as well as free high speed internet service. We forgot to bring a converter and concierge was able to provide one for use. Toilet was very high tech... Location: We took the KAL shuttle service from Incheon that dropped us off at Lotte. From there we took a cab to Metro Hotel. We figured out that Lotte Hotel is just a short walk to Metro but this hotel is somewhat hidden. Both times that we took a cab the driver had to ask for directions and it is kind of difficult to find. Our landmark was the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf across the way. Since this hotel is not situated on a main road, taxis are hard to come by. So dragging 30lb luggages from Metro Hotel to Lotte via the underground walkway was a huge pain the [--]! Overall, location is somewhat inconvenient but it is close to street vendors, a Migliore and the subway in Myeong Dong. Price is reasonable (~$100 USD/nt) and hotel is cozy and quaint. I would stay here again in the future.

"A Terrific Hotel"
We found the Metro Hotel to be terrific. Great location and very good price (about $100 USD per room). The Euljiro-1 subway station is about a 3-minute walk, and the KAL airport shuttle bus comes to the Lotte Hotel, just a couple of blocks away (although to get there on foot you have to go down and up through the subway station). The Metro's lobby is stylish, and has computers with printer and internet access. The rooms we had were great. Nicely furnished, very good beds, and a good, quiet heating and air conditioning system (although in one of our two rooms it didn't work quite right). The rooms had good sound insulation and were very quiet, notwithstanding the construction project right across the street. We had asked for non-smoking rooms, and while we were told they could not be guaranteed, the two rooms we were given had no trace of smoky smell. The bathrooms were clean and modern and well-furnished. We discovered the hair dryer folded up in a desk drawer, and that was very handy. Good closet space, although no drawers for clothing (I guess that may be typical). Most of the front desk staff spoke pretty good English. The included buffet breakfast was very good, served in their nice 2nd floor cafe with balcony. The last afternoon we had a drink in the elegant 9th-floor lounge. The view, at this point, is of the construction project across the street, but that's not their fault.
