The Underground Station, major bus lines and various shopping centers are located right opposite the hotel. It takes only approx. 20 min by taxi to get to the airport.

Great!
This was our 1st time in Poland, and we decided to pick this hotel because of its proximity to the Central Train Station. We were able to leave our bags before our check in time and ask for information from the staff at the front. They spoke English and were very helpful. The rooms are a little on the small side (we had economy double), but clean. Most of the channels on the TV were not English, but there 2 channels that were in English. The breakfast was included into the price of the hotel, and let me tell you...the breakfast was great! This was my husband's 1st time eating in a buffet-style place, and he kept going back and forth and getting more food :) The food is very good. One drawback of this hotel is that it's a little noisy at night and there are many lights from other building shinning, since it's in the center of the city. However, we were so tired that we didn't notice too much :) Overall- a good place to stay if you're on a tight budget. Price paid for 2 people on Nov. 25- $71. Would stay in again. |

Metropol Hotel is well located in the hub of Warsaw. It is very close to many shops, restaurants and fascinating sigths of this beautiful city. I spent 3 days but next time I will stay much more longer. I had a room on 5th floor. Room facilities are good. In my room, there are private bathroom, hairdryer, telephone and satellite TV. Im a jazz lover so very glad to pick this hotel because there is Metro Jazz Club! It is an excellent restaurant with a rich menu and tasty foods. The only disadvantage of the hotel is noise. Due to the its location, it is a little noisy but its not a problem for me all day I was out. If you want to a comfortable and nice stay, don't hesitate to choose Metropol hotel! |
