"Great stay and location"
This is my first time in Milan and the hotel was a great price considering it was a 4 star. It is well kept and the staff very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, provided certain sky channels, AC, big double bed, nice bathroom with shower and jacuzzi style bath.
Breakfast consisted of cold meats, cheeses, egg, sausages, fresh orange juice maker, youghurts, cereals, fruit and more. Oh yeah the coffee was great especially the cappucino and i'm not really a coffee drinker.
It is ideally located near the central station which provides underground, bus and tram links to central milan.
If I was to come to milan again I would definitely stay here again
Ciao

"Defiately worth considering"
Stayed here for one night whilst in transit to Venice. The hotel is located opposite the impressive building that is Milano Centrale railway station and where the Malpensa Shuttle bus stops. There is also access to the metro there too.
The hotel is definately 4 star in appearance although lacks the 4* facilities such as trouser press or tea/coffee facilities you would expect in UK.
Our room was on the 4th floor and came with jacuzzi bath, satellite TV (although only access to 2 or 3 english speaking channels). The room was quiet at night even with the window open.
Breakfast could not be faulted with a choice of hot food, cerials, fruit, ham, cheeses, selection of bread rolls and croissants.
There are a few reasonably priced restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. Other reviewers make comment about the "undesireable" people that hang around the area. true, they are there sitting in the piazza at the front of the station but they keep to theselves and did not cause any problems.
Will definately stay here again when we return in August.

"Hen Weekend"
Hen weekend, we flew from Prestwick to Bergamo got the Terravison bus from airport at 12ish at night, which dropped us off 3min walk from hotel which was great.
Fantastic value for money, helpful staff, big rooms, fridge with complimentary snacks and juice, spa bath and buffet breakfast, tv with sky. Very clean too.
Hotel a block away from Metro and station so travelling was very easy we just got a 48 hour metro pass and went everywhere.
Loola Paloosa bar was really good seven euros for a cocktail and then you could help yourself to free buffet hot and cold til 10.30 fab! Also this bar turns in to "Coyote Ugly" about 10.30 with dancing on the bar and tables, great fun. We only spent seventy pounds the whole weekend so you can do Milan on a budget. Great weekend all in all.

"Best Hen Weekend Ever"
I have just returned from my hen weekend in Milan, myself and 11 others stayed at the Michelangeo hotel for 2 nights and it was spot on! We took the terravision bus from Bergamo airport which was only £8 return and the bus stop was less than 5 minutes from the hotel and we were less than 2 minutes away from the metro station. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, when we met up in the bar we always had some form of food given to us, crisps/nuts at lunchtime, mini pizza & breads early evening and pastries with our night cap! I would stay at this hotel again as it is only 4 stops away from the Duomo on the metro, clean & modern and you get a free mini bar with chocolate and soft drinks, which is always a bonus, plus it was only £35 per night which is excellent value for a 4 star hotel.

"Good Hotel and Location"
Hotel in a great location, walking distance from Central Station. Where the Airport buses stop. Nice, quiet rooms with whirlpool bath and free mini bar. Great choice for continental breakfast and Restaurant Staff very pleasant. Only downside were the Reception staff who only seemed interested if you were booking something where they would receive commission and kept wandering off in the middle of dealing with you to attend to someone else! Also tried to book opened topped bus city tour and told we could not book for that day. Yet when we passed one we had no trouble paying directly and getting straight on. Beware of the Cafe/Bar straight across the road. Was quoted one price "with service to the table" and charged a lot more.

"Exellent hotel with a superb breakfast"
This was our first time in Milano - the stay was very pleasant thanks to the Michelangelo Hotel. The room was great, and the staff was very frendly. The hotel was near to the Metro - and it took us right to the center ( Duomo ). The only disapoinment with the hotel was the lack of fitness equipment. The nearest fitness center was 10 min away and was very expensive.
