This hotel is situated only around 3 minutes from the central bus station and about 10 minutes from La Lomita. The centre of Cuilacan is a 40-minute walk away. The Plaza Forum and the Culura Casino are around 5 km away, the Angel Flores baseball stadium is 10 km from the hotel and the Soccer Banorte football stadium is around 15 km away. The attractive tourist centre of Altata and its sandy beach are a good 45 km from the hotel. Culiacan airport is some 5 km from the hotel.

This modern design, air-conditioned hotel was renovated in 2005 and comprises a total of 113 rooms spread over 3 floors, of which 4 are wheelchair-accessible. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk and lifts. Furthermore, dining and breakfast rooms, conference rooms, Internet access (WLAN), medical care and room and laundry services are also on offer, as well as parking for those arriving by car.
