A staff quarter building at No.8 Observatory Court, Tsima Sha Tsui, Kowloon, is now a high-tech Mingle Place Hotel, Hong Kong.
The small box like structure has been converted into a unique 28 room hotel with the application of the best technology. The idea of the owner was to create a unique hotel designed to give it a strong individuality to draw the elite class by its appearance, service and facilities.
The Mingle Place Hotel has been given a touch of technology just to enrich the environment and make it an enjoyable experience without calling to much attention from the attendants.
To the south of the mainland Kowloon peninsula is the busy Nathan Road and the Mong Kok entertainment zone. The area streams with shops, hotels, bars and pubs. The street along the area is jumbled with skyscrapers and smaller buildings that give a picturesque view of Hong Kong as it is imagined by non visitors.
