"The perfect place to stay in Zermatt"
The hotel Mirabeau is the perfect place to stay in Zermatt. Its central location allow you to enjoy every aspect of Zermatt and the excellence of the service offers an unforgettable stay. The rooms are beautifull and the new part allow a complete relaxation with the spa and the various treatments. The meals are excellents and the service great. I advise you to stay there in order to make your stay in Zermatt unforgettable.

"Very Charming!"
The Hotel was very very charming! Especially the owner and his family are really nice and try to make one's holiday special. Best was the typical "Valais evening" with very nice and big choice of dried meetm cheese and other regional specialities on a original decorated buffet. Afterwards there was Raclette which the Hotel owner did him self personally accompanied by very funny jokes and "screams". the new building we staid in was excellent and in a boutique design. Also "Josef's Wine Lounge" their new Wine Lounge was just very sooo nice and stylish. The newly build spa was amazing and very cozy.

"Very warm welcome!"
A very warm welcome from the moment you arrive in Zermatt! The staff is extremely friendly and forecoming. The hotel provides excellent relaxation areas where meetings with friends and other guests become like a family gathering. A very professional attitude in a very welcoming environment.

"Absolute heaven!"
It is difficult to recommend this hotel highly enough. It does all the things you would expect from a first class hotel: fine food, great wine, good rooms, amazing views, excellent suana/steam rooms, etc. But what sets it apart from the crowd is the staff. Utterly professional and efficient, but with wonderful good humour and enthusiasm. Everyone went out of their way to ensure that we had a good time, and they made particular efforts to look after our two year old son. We will certainly be returning.

Have just returned from Zermatt and was very impressed with this Hotel. The quality of the service was outstanding and the facilities were also extremely good. The staff of this family run hotel are very friendly and helpful, and there is a very high attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this one.

"Good location, excellent food & staff the Mirabeau takes a lot to beat"
Just returned from an excellent vacation in Zermatt, snow conditions OK for the 1st part of the week although on artificial snow, though latter part brought a reasonable dusting to the slopes. However the Hotel Mirabeau made up for any disappointment in the snow conditions. Found the staff exceedingly welcoming and helpful, the quality of the food excellent, although with two young children the evening menu was slightly sophisticated for their palate. This however, didn't cause a problem, as whilst a children’s menu was provided the catering staff would turn their hands to any other requested food within reason. My six year old consequently had Rump Steak most evenings. However the standard of food for the Adults in our party was outstanding, the usual Farmers Table that Swiss/Austrian Hotels tend to provide was excellent with an outstanding array of meats, cheeses, etc. A separate Dessert Buffet was mind blowing, missed the Salmon Buffet unfortunately but gathered that this was also worthy of comment. Hotel bedrooms could do with a `freshen up', TV channels not all available in all rooms, bar relatively small but welcoming, good recreational activities in sauna (very crowded), swimming pool complex. Would certainly recommend the hotel.
