The hotel lies directly beside the Paseo Maritimo in Llanes and offers unique views out over the Cubas de la Memoria by Augustin Ibarrola. The nearest beach is 100 m away and it is a mere 300 m to the tourist centre of the town where an array of shopping venues, restaurants and bars are to be found. The railway station and other links to the public transport network are 500 m away.
