This apartment complex is centrally located in Puerto de la Cruz, close to the Botanical Garden. The beach and the city centre are located only 1.5 km away. The surrounding area is filled with delightful restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops. There is a public transport stop directly by the hotel grounds.

The apartment complex was built in 1976 and completely renovated in 1991. There are 80 apartments/ studios in total over 6 floors. Facilities include an entrance hall with a reception, lifts, a bar, a TV room and a restaurant. Guests also have the option of using the Internet access for an additional fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
