Three star Boutique Hotel, located in the commercial area of Los Remedios, near the river Guadalquivir, and a short walk from the inimitable Historic Quarter of Seville, the Maria Luisa Park, and the shopping and leisure areas. Each of our 68 rooms refurbished in 2002, and decorated in a modern and elegant style, is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, mini bar, safe and key card opening system. In addition to all of these features we have a 24 hour room service which will make your stay with us as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
