* The Rooms vary in size but they are quite large by Parisian standards. Every room is decorated in different colours, the rooms allow you to travel back in time to the Louis XVI era. The windows are double glazed and the rooms are in good condition.The bathrooms are also quite large. |

"Great place to saty"
We had four nights at this hotel and found it delightful. This was our first visit to Paris and we have already recommended this hotel to other people. It is in a great position for transport and easy access to all the sights. The staff were helpful and very courteous.

The Hotel Montreal is a calm and friendly hotel and offers you good value for your money. The rooms differ in quality but all are clean and quiet. There are several good restaurants nearby, a small supermarket and best of all, three metrostations around the corner which serve three different lines! Contrary to the previous review, we did not see any prostitution. The street and its surroundings are save, night and day.

"Good for a family!"
When I booked the hotel and then read the reviews I was worried. Hence the reason I am now writing my own review. City hotels are expensive--- but this one is good value, and a great central location 15 min walk from the Seine, right in the heart of the shopping district. Quad family rooms are often so cramped. Room 3 was excellent, as it had a clean and large bathroom and a sliding door to separate the master bed from the twin children's beds... it was like having 2 rooms without the cost. For this reason alone, I would thoroughly rec'd this hotel for families. The hotel is clean, if a bit worn, but great for a family city break. The breakfast was good and due to the central location, we could pop in and out all day to save our feet. The hotel we normally stay at is twice the price and only 10% nicer... so this is good value.

"Excellent Hotel"
The Hotel Montreal is a great little boutique hotel in the Opera district, 5 minute walk from Roissy Bus stop, Tourism Office, Open Tour Bus, metro. Remodeled, clean, large room and bathroom, open airy windows. Wonderful friendly staff, yummy breakfast, nice area.
