"second experience is even better than the last!"
Movenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket's rooms are lovely,pool perfect and probably best i have seen for a family.I do agree on a couple of complaints but being an employer i know how difficult it can be training staff.We are all human and make mistakes.I would like to see an improvement in their breakfast service.Hopefully our second experience is even better than the last!

Movenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket is a great hotel, beautiful grounds, friendly service. Gave the hotel a 4 for service because there is always room for improvement. Also there is no mini bar in the room and the drinks are expensive.
