The modern apartment complex is located around 200 m away from the harbour. The various sights of interest, shopping facilities and entertainment venues can be reached within only a few minutes. In addition, Barcelona airport is 12 km from the hotel.

The complex comprises a total of 33 apartments spread over 8 floors. The inviting lobby offers guests a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, a currency exchange desk and a safe. There is also a bar, a cafe and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area available for use. Additionally, a breakfast room is also on offer along with a dining room. A laundry service rounds up the facilities on offer.
