"Can't fault it"
We could not fault ANY part of our stay this weekend. Exceptionally warm welcome, a beautifully designed room, a delicious lunch in the restaurant, a great bar with gorgeous drinks, snacks and diverting decor, great breakfast in bed, quirky and fun design done well and really thoughtful and kind service. I am so pleased that I was not put off by the "so hip that it hurts" reviews on other sites. It is hip but we felt happy and totally comfortable. I am so pleased I spent the money. Weekends in Paris are great but this one was memorable because we loved the hotel! The small, enthusiastic "start up" team deserve to do well if they treat all their guests as well as they treated us.

"Murano resort - would love to stay there again"
We arrived on May Day just as the parade was assembling..so our taxi driver set us down at Republique station and sent us on our way..needless to say we took a few wrong turns.. but as we were crossing the road to the Murano the welcoming staff met us for the last few steps and took care of our bags.. and the service continued they had a great brunch that day which we enjoyed..the rooms are great good size view on to the street (I love city traffic noise) the bed was a little uncomfortable where it joined in the middle and the shower is hand held ok if you love baths as I do...the best is you don't need your key as they use biometric technology for the door lock and you open your door with your finger.. the lounge is beautiful with its signature fireplace..if you ask for anything the staff take you to the location they don't tell you where it is.. great recommendations for restaurants...oh and the welcome candies are too die for..free internet..breakfast simple but good...service in the lounge a little slow.. I would love to stay there again

"Best Paris hotel yet"
We have stayed all over Paris while we buy and renovate a flat here and this has to be the nicest place we have stayed.
It is funkily cool but not so hip that it hurts. The bedrooms are really comfortable and the quirky touches like the lighting and biometric doors add modern character rather than detract.
Food and bar were good and we had attentive service throughout our stay.
Murano Urban Resort is in a great location and were we not creating a home here we would certainly come back.
