"Perfectly basic" I thought the Ayri Hotel was a perfect place for large groups of people traveling on a budget. The location across from the train station is perfect for those traveling around Europe My room was 2 basic cots and a desk which was perfect for a student group. The airconditioning worked amazingly well even though the cover blankets were kinda nasty. The rooms vary in style but 95% of our 35 person tour group was pleased with our accomidations. The staff was very friendly and willing to help me figure out how to use the French Telecom phone cards. They also didn't mind us hanging out in the lobby during the evening hours. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Nice.

"finally the hotel has been RENOVATED!!!" I have been in the Hotel Ayri last year and it was being refurbished. Finally the rooms are new and the overall standard of the hotel is much better!!! I was there as a tourleader with a group of people that was very demanding and difficult to satisfy and I found the staff has been changed! the people look happy to work there and the General Manager gave us his welcome. The Hotel hasbeen taken over by an italian company called myhotels and they are making the hotel look better. I now can reccomend My hotels Ayti to all. Look at the pictures!!
