Best food in Pisa Reading all other reviews about this hotel I can only add 1 thing: the food we had at the hotel was the best we had during our stay in Italy!! The hotel cuisine is suberb! Go check it out!! 4.4

very good! My family and I stayed there for a couple of days. The hotel is nice. We took taxi from the airport to the hotel and it only cost 10 euro. The hotel is really close to the airport. The hotel offered us a free map and next day we went out to see the major attractions. We booked one double and one single room. Rooms are modernly furnished with amenities such as LCD TV, hairdryer, air condition... There is also iron service that my mum very liked it :) We both agree on coming back and recommend it to you! 4.6

excellent service I stayed at this hotel for a week I was spectical due to various reviews i'd read, but the hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful and room service was always on time. The crossants were fantastic. There is a small cafe in the hotel cafe darsena's, the staff were only too hapy to help us with english/italian translation. THe hotel is located a distance away from town, its always a 10 euro taxi fare.which after day 3 does become annoying when you are spending at least 20 euro on taxi's a day. Another issue we had was the heating would never go below 23 degrees celsis, which is far to hot for us irish. remember to try the restaurant Galilei its in town near the cathedral on the river,(taxi drivers generally tend to know about it, a taxi driver recommended it to us) food is fantastic. staff are very friendly

Faultless! Any time I'm in Pisa I use "M Hotels Galilei" the restaurant is worth a visit also. Excellent facilities, close to the Galilei Airport and the shuttle is a bonus. Highly recommended.

fantastic!!!! Great hotel, stayed for one night but will visit again for sure. wonderful rooms, great service and most of all wonderful staff, especially Michele at the reception. everything was just perfect.

Review and helpful tips You need to book in advance for the free shuttle service so don't expect them to let you on the bus if you try to get on from the station or airport on arrival unless you have booked. A taxi from the airport was about 8euros. Hotel reception staff variable. Lovely young man on our arrival.... very friendly and smiley and welcoming. Helpful too. Bearded man on desk when we left was neither helpful or friendly though which was a pity. Difficult to find resturant nearby so pretty much forced to use their one. Food not exactly italian! And bit pricey we felt. Hotel room pretty amazing.... couldn't fault the room at all. Good ir conditioning and well soundproofed (never heard plane or traffic) Good for one night but wouldn't have stayed longer due to location and food but would recommend as an "airport hotel."

"loved it,loved it," Very simply, you can believe all you read on here, I can't imagine how anyone would be disappointed with this hotel. The cleanliness is literally amazing, the service fantastic and the location ideal for what me and my partner required. Our room was a very good size had everything we needed, big comfy bed, flatscreen TV , great shower, minibar, safe etc. Yes its close to the airport, BUT we didnt hear one plane the sound proofing is first class. In particular I would add that the Restaurant was quiet but the staff made up for that by being exellent, they actually gave us a free bottle of lovely wine and nibbles and a chance to chat with them, Also, we went to several restaurants that was recommended and booked for us and they were all superb, They also pointed us in all the right directions for where to go and what to see. The shuttle service was great, The Driver help us with our train tickets to Florence on Valentines day and the train ride took just over a hour,cost 10 euros return which was a open ticket. I really struggle to think of anything the hotel could improve on - and we are quite fussy!

"Simply the best" Me and my wife booked this hotel in a hurry just one day before we went on a short trip to Tuscany. But the choice was simply the best. Beautiful new hotel with great and helpfull stuff. Great spacious room with all commodity that you need. Good bed, Flat TV, internet connection, sef - big enough to lock a laptop, great bathroom... The cleanliness is really on a top level. We were simply delighted with a quality of breakfast. Really all we need. We travel by our car so we didn't have any problems with transport to he city. But we saw that shuttle bus leave each hour. We strongly reccomend this hotel. It's the best value for money. I also don't understand how anyone could write a bad rewiev for this great hotel.

"My Hotels Galilei" I can only back what Nejc said about this hotel just outside Pisa airport where we bedded out for a night on our first (but definitely not last!) stay at this hotel in February. It is state-of the-art, offers a wonderful buffet breakfast in an elegant restaurant and modern rooms. With the frequent Malta-Pisa flights on low-cost Ryanair now well under way, we are sure to use this hotel again on our next visit to Italy. And we do recommend that you do it too! I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

"All round excellence" We stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights from Nov 18 th and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, the room was absolutely lovely with distant views of the City and mountains although the local surroundings were not so good but we knew this when we booked. It is conveniently located near the airport , station and the City. 30 mins walk from any of these. The hotel shuttle bus was wonderful and ran to a convenient timetable. We had a delicoius Dinne on our first night , 25 euros for 3 courses and enjoyed every mouthful. There was also a wonderful buffet breakfast. Everyone we spoke to were also very satisfied with everything.

"exellent caring staff" my wife took ill while we stayed here and the way in which it was handled was exellent they were very caring and concerned i would recomend this hotel to any one. A really big THANK YOU

"Awesome!!!" Stayed for two nights and loved it! Great new room (6th floor), staff are helpful and very friendly (especially the barkeeper named Elia), breakfast buffet with all the works and free shuttle service into town and airport were really appreciated. Great value for money !!! :-) Will stay again!!!
