"great time"
Naples Grande Resort & Club's rooms were large and well-done. We spent lots of time at the pool - the slide was surprisingly better than I expected. The pool deck was crowded but we found chairs.

"warm and relaxing atmosphere"
Naples Grande Resort & Club was totally and completely redecorated. It is art deco with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are lovely and I've never had a bad view, usually it is one of the Gulf stretching out before you. The pool area is quite nice. One pool has a slide and usally the children hang out there. The staff at this hotel is wonderful. When you ask for something someone will follow up to make sure it was done to your satisfaction.

GREY TOWELS INSTEAD OF WHITE TOWELS
Accomodations were acceptable, although we did not get a Cabana Room as listed on the reservation, but the towels were much to be desired-FILTHY TOWELS-TOWELS WERE GREY INSTEAD OF WHITE AND HAVE BEEN IN USE FOREVER-THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED!

"Beyond superior"
Our stay at the Naples Grande was just that ...grand! The customer service was beyond superior. Every member of the staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional. Though we didn't have time to take advantage of many of the resort's amenities, we thoroughly enjoyed our golf outing at the nearby course, the spacious and well-furnished guest rooms and the management's excellent restaurant suggestons. Will definitely return!

"Outstanding Property - Bungalow's are Amazing"
I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what an outstanding property you have in the Naples Grand. We stayed in Bungalow 103 on 5/5-5/6 and it was just amazing, from the valet, to the front desk, to the bar service, to the dinner service and Aura - it was just perfect. I would like to epically thank your florist who went above and beyond to insure that the flower order was in our room prior to our arrival. It had all the impact I had hoped and then some. She truly is a gem and a extremely helpful to customers. I found her to be just perfect and knew exactly what I wanted. Thank you again for an amazing experience that we will not soon forget and we will be back to your property and HIGHLY recommend it. I would not change one single item on my visit - it was all just perfect. Have an outstanding day and, again, thank you to the Naples Grand Team for a wonderful weekend getaway.
