Narai Hotel Bangkok was a pleasant surprise, The staff were great and the food was too. Will be staying here next time we visit again.

"the whole place my impression is really good."
Narai Hotel Bangkok is not Hilton or Sofitel but I consider it a good hotel. The location is great, 15 minutes walking to the pier and close to the Train, the breakfast is great. The pool is not too big and it seems a hole with water, but the place is good to sunbathe and relax. The staff is very friendly and hardworking. The rooms could be a little bit better, our room was smelly, but taking into consideration the whole place my impression is really good.

"Great Hotel - Would definately book again"
Have just returned from 9 days in Bangkok where we stayed at the Narai. We hadn't ever been to Bangkok before so wasn't sure what to expect. We were on the 10th floor - nice clean room with an air conditioner that worked really well. Breakfast was included - great buffet that catered for everyone - yum! there was also a very good night buffet at their restaurant at 395 baht which also catered for all tastes. We ended up eating there 3 nights while we were away. Overall a very pleasant stay and will be booking to stay there again the next time we visit Bangkok.
