Mature couple
The location of the hotel is near to the main train station and to the bus stop of the shuttle from the city to the Frankfurt Hahn airport. Staff was overly friendly and helpful with orientating guest to city. free internet and one free welcome drink was included, as well as a good breakfast. very close to train station, literally within 3 min. Map was good, but written directions would have been nice. great price performance!. |

"Convenient, spotless hotel"
We had a one-night layover in Frankfurt and stayed at the National. The room was spotless with a comfortable bed. The crystal chandeliers were a nice touch. The location was perfect - across the street from the train station and a nice walk to the old town. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was courteous and helpful.

"Brillant value near the Hauptbahnhof!"
This is a very pleasant and reliable hotel, providing excellent service and superb value for money in an extremely convenient (albeit slightly seedy) location near the Hauptbahnhof. We stayed here overnight last week & paid just £30 for the privelidge. The room was a little small but spotlessly clean & included a minibar with complimentary drinks (beer, soft drink, mineral water).
A further "welcome drink" was supplied in the congenial little piano bar downstairs, which we enjoyed with a couple of our fellow guests.
Finally, the breakfast was almost extravagant, even by german standards.
