The Negril Tree House is located right on the beach and as such the ocean offers a variety of activities for visitors. Scuba diving, windsurfing, fishing, jet skiing along with various other activities are sure to keep visitors busy for hours.

In addition to a golf course located nearby several area attractions are also worth a visit. The Mayfield Falls and Royal Palm Reserve are both located a short distance away from the hotel as is a horse riding centre.
