This attractive apartment complex is located approximately 300 m from the Xintxo Beach. Port Es Torrent is just 1.2 km away and it is approximately 5 km to San Antonio. Many different bars, restaurants and shops are to be found in the immediate vicinity and links to the public bus service lie directly in front of the complex.

This apartment complex comprises 4 floors with a total of 74 apartments and 62 studios. Facilities include a foyer with a reception desk, a lift , a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant within the complex. Furthermore, laundry and bicycle hire are on offer and children may let off steam in the playground.The apartment complex is located directly beside the beach. There are no rooms adapted to the needs of disabled users. Pets are not permitted.
