Warm and professional
I had a great stay at Neutor Hotel; The staff has been very professional and helpful, obliging to requests swiftly and efficiently; The attention to customer was of a high level and the room in good condition; and the smile always there! Breakfast was excellent too! Very good location - Very good value for money; great choice - I recommend this hotel - Aurelie

"Fresh and Lovely "
Having booked this hotel many months ago for my ski group, I was delighted though to see our 17 rooms were bright and lovely. Everything was in good repair, the linens were fine, the colors bright, and the staff most helpful. I believe I heard they had just finished renovations. My group enjoyed the lobby bar and the breakfast buffet ( cereals, breads, marmalades, liverwurst, coldcuts, semi-hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and bacon ....and more) Four of our rooms were in the building across the street from reception. This building has its own breakfast room and if you can get the 4th floor "penthouse" rooms please do so ..... nice verandas there!! I HEARTILY endorse this hotel which all in my group (of picky people) enjoyed.

"Great location and price!"
We booked this hotel because it was about 1/2 of the price of any other "4 star" hotel in Salzburg. I think the reason is that it is not in the heart of downtown, but it was only 5-10 minute's walk to get there. It was in a quiet location and the room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good and food was very fresh! Staff were friendly and personable, always saying "hello" (In German) to us when we walked by. Highly recommended!

"Comfortable and friendly"
The rooms are spacious by European standards. It's a very comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast that was included with our rooms was very nice. The staff were extremely friendly. My mom went down one night to send an email home to my dad but she couldn't work the computer in the lobby so the guy at the desk took her into the office to use the computer. When her email was returned, he insisted that she use the phone in the office to call. She tried to tell him that it wasn't necessary that she probably just had the address wrong but he just insisted. So, she called Dad for free! My husband and I thought the location was just fine. The tunnel is actually kind of cute. Our trip was in 11/04.
