"Fantastic experience, clean and cosy" We stayed two nights at Hotel Neva in Paris. Terrific location on a quite lane 100 meters walk from the Arc de Triumph. Five minutes walk from both Charles de Gaulle Etoile and Ternes Metro stations. Hotel concierge extremely helpful and English is spoken. Rooms very clean, decorated to a good standard, warm and cosy to return to after a long day sightseeing. Rooms have mini bars, TV with remote and a safe for valuables. Internet also available. Good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. This is our third trip to Paris and we definitely return to Hotel Neva our next trip in April.

"Great location and value for money" Myself and my husband stayed here for 2 nights from 17-19th March 2007. We were in Paris for 3 days for a special birthday present. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just meters from the Arc de Triomphe. Easy to reach from CDG ariport and for accessing the metro for sightseeing around the city. We walked most of the time as you miss so much on the metro. Paris is quite small. The staff were very friendly and we had a choice of rooms. We chose a twin room with 3 beds and a bath in it as the double room was slightly smaller and only had a shower. The rooms and bathroom were very clean and we were on the 1st floor overlooking the road and experienced no traffic noise. Breakfast was continental and very adequate for setting you up ready for a busy day sightseeing. I would definately recommend the hotel and would stay there again. We had a wonderful weekend and the hotel met our needs, we spent very little time there but were not disappointed.

"Five Star Location" We stayed at the Hotel Neva on a side trip from the UK. We stayed for three nights. The Hotel was in a fantastic location, bedrooms and bathrooms very clean and although rooms small typical for age and type of building, were very comfortable, and more than covered our needs. We were a party of 6 with three rooms all slightly different, two had bath with shower over, the other a walk in shower which suited our two children as this is what they are used to. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and took great delight in advising places to go and see. We were unsure what to expect for breakfast but as was included in our room rate went for it and was very pleasantly surprised. It was a continental buffet style with enough choice for the fussiest person, cheeses, cold meats, boiled eggs, cereal,yoghurt ,fresh fruit, toast, jam, tea, coffee, drinking chocolate, juice and water. For two people a basket of 6 "bread/pastries/croissants" was place on your table, everything else was serve yourself. sufficent for the heartiest appetite. If you walked away hungry you would have to be very hard to please. Overal fantastic value and would definately stay here again.

"GREAT LITTLE HOTEL" I have just returned from a 2 night stay at the Neva hotel. I went with my husband as a 40th birthday surprise to see the final of the tour de france. The first impression of the hotel was not that great, it is on a small not too clean street, but it is a short walk from the champs elysee and really near to the metro. However, the helpfulness of the guy at reception, and his willingness to accomodate any request made up for any doubts. Our allocated room was not ready so he gave us another which was a little dark and small, and when i mentioned this we were given another straight away. The breakfast was plentiful and when we asked for more croissant, they were brought straight away without fuss. The rooms are a little tired, but are spotless. For information only the view from room 54 is very interesting if a little au naturale!!

"Very Pleasantly Surprised" After reading some negative reviews about this hotel I was a little bit worried about what I was going to find. I was travelling with my husband and two teenage children on our first trip to Europe and didn't really know what to expect. When we arrived at the Hotel Neva I was surprised and relieved to find that this was a very nice, clean and quite charming little hotel in an excellent location very close to the Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, as well as nice cafes, restaurants (some quite reasonably priced) and markets. Even the public laundry was just around the corner! The rooms were a bit small (but who spends much time in them anyway?)but very clean with a fridge and safe. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was very pleasant and being a buffet you could help yourself to as much as you wanted. Much better than anything we had in London! Overall we were very happy with this hotel and would definatley recommend it to others.

"loved it!!!!" My family stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in july 2004!!! The hotel really was excellent!!! we got a triple room and a double room!!! both were of excellent size and very clean. There were some refurbishments going on whilst we were staying but it never seemed to disturb us! breakfast was simple but just a typical continental breakfast. The hotel was in an excellent location!! very near charles-de-gaulle-etoile station which has a direct line to disneyland. What was the best was that the champs elysee is just on door doorstep!! however the hotel is on a quiet street with some lovely restaurants in the surrounding steets!! i would strongly recomment this hotel to anyone!!
